2010 Update

• Quarterly groundwater sampling and site maintenance activities are ongoing.
• The Response Action Plan (RAP) has been reviewed and approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
• A qualified Environmental construction and engineering firm has been selected to perform remedial activities.
• Pre-Construction activities are ongoing.
• On-site construction activities are expected to begin during the forth quarter of 2010.

2009 Update

• The site investigation has been completed.
• The affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) was submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for review.
• Following the review by TCEQ the APAR was accepted with no further investigation needed.
• A Response Action Plan (RAP) is currently being prepared. The RAP will contain the plan for the site remedy.
• The RAP will be submitted to TCEQ in the coming months.
